These extra-large Chinese pots are mass produced, while affordable, they often have slight defects. Defects can range from glaze variations differing slightly in color, pots not sitting perfectly flat and flea bites or small firing cracks (usually found on the bottom). Refund Policy: Sizes Medium and Large are freight items or require special shipping. The dimensions are too large to ship via standard Fedex service. You can contact us for a quote, or submit your order and we will contact you with the appropriate shipping fees. Pots are packed very carefully to insure it’s safe arrival. They are shipped with insurance for their value. If there is any damage during shipping don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 4 days. Pictures are required of the damage.
