Pots are packed very carefully to insure it’s safe arrival. They are shipped with insurance for their value. If there is any damage during shipping please contact us within 4 days. Pictures are required of the damage.
These Chinese pots are mass produced, while affordable, they often have slight defects. Defects can range from glaze/ unglazed variations differing slightly in color, pots not sitting perfectly flat and flea bites or small firing cracks (usually found on the bottom). These imperfections do not affect the functionality of the pot. For those interested in better quality please check out our high quality pots. Measurements are approximate.
